About us ...
We are one of the leading mid-sized auditing and tax consultancy firms with offices in 11 German cities. The company is led by 21 partners and employs 200 people.
We possess seven decades of successful business experience together with up-to-date specialist and technological knowledge in accountancy and tax consultancy. Todays firm originates back to an auditing practice founded in Cologne in 1936, which was taken over in 1953 by the man whose name the company still carries, Dr. Rudolf Verhülsdonk. Only a few years later (in 1958) the firm acquired a long-standing auditing practice in Koblenz, beginning a successful programme of expansion. Our range of regional and specialist services has been and remains subject to continuous expansion.

Our relationships with clients are characterised by mutual trust, long-term business connections and personal commitment.
Our clients are predominantly mid-sized companies, often family businesses or owner-managed. They come from a multitude of different business sectors, are active in domestic and international markets and vary in size. We also work for large-sized companies as well as smaller economic units. Wealthy private individuals and those in private practice also count amongst our clients. Furthermore, we work closely together with all sizes of public sector companies and organizations.
